1. Information We Collect

CabinetBuddy, operated by LibertyMed Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), collects the following information when you use the Service:

• Account information — your email address and authentication credentials when you sign up
• Project data — cabinet configurations, dimensions, cut lists, and project notes you create within the Service
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration for product improvement purposes
• Payment information — billing details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on CabinetBuddy servers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including saving your projects
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis
• Respond to support inquiries submitted through the contact form

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your project data to train AI models or share it with external services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your projects and account data. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

CabinetBuddy uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

5. Cookies

CabinetBuddy uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your project data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated project data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

8. Children's Privacy

CabinetBuddy is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
