If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free, premium, and gold tier subscribers.
CabinetBuddy is a cabinet planning and cut-list generation tool designed to assist cabinet makers, woodworkers, and contractors in planning kitchen and furniture-grade cabinetry. The Service generates cut lists, hardware lists, assembly guides, and cost estimates based on user inputs.
All measurements, cut lists, and calculations generated by CabinetBuddy are provided as planning aids only. You are solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, quantities, and specifications before purchasing materials or beginning fabrication.
You must create an account to use CabinetBuddy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
CabinetBuddy offers free, premium, and gold tier subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CABINETBUDDY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR ALL USE CASES.
Cut lists, dimension calculations, and hardware estimates are generated from user-provided inputs. Always verify critical measurements independently before cutting materials.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABINETBUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You retain ownership of all cabinet projects, measurements, and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant CabinetBuddy a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
